Mr Alam accepts referrals of suspected SRS from general practitioner’s (GPs), physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other specialists.

Referrals can be submitted by our online referral form, fax, phone or provided to the patient.

After consultation, you will receive a letter outlining the management plan.
